Q: Where are you located?

A: Greetings, eh! All orders are packed and shipped with love from my Canadian studio in Toronto, Ontario. Unless otherwise noted, all prices shown are in Canadian Dollars.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed within Canada usually arrive within 5 business days once shipped. Orders going to the USA usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days; International orders may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days. US and international orders may have customs or import duties applied upon package delivery - unfortunately, I am not responsible for these possible extras.

Q: Can I have my package tracked? 

A: In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, by default I use Standard Lettermail (or Small Package for larger orders) via Canada Post, which does not provide online tracking.  We can provide tracking services upon request, at an additional cost.

UPDATE Nov 2023: You will be able to choose expedited, trackable shipping options at checkout. You'll notice that they do cost $$, sigh, that's just how Canada Post works!

We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost care of Canada Post. Of course, we want you to be happy with your purchase - if you have any additional issues, concerns or feedback about your order, please contact us via contact form here and we will work with you to make it right!
